Prenatal Yoga on the Patio

Join me Fridays for Prenatal Yoga on the Patio, a weekly gathering for a small circle of expecting parents. In this intimate, outdoor setting, we’ll focus on gentle movement and mindfulness to help prepare your mind and body for birth and the postpartum period.

With an emphasis on functional movement and easing common discomforts, each class supports strength, mobility, and body awareness. We’ll also explore breathwork, mindfulness, and childbirth prep. This practice offers not just physical support, but a chance to be seen, heard, and held—right where you are in your pregnancy journey in a setting where community grows! All levels welcome.
